During a lecture on wound assessment one dae, sister said:
"There was much pus frm the wound. It became a 'pus-sy' wound."

Sniggers, almost choked on my own saliva, hahaha...!!!!

This is what was charted after suctioning for a pt was done.
'Large amt of white thickish secretions'
